Luisa Kaye, of counsel to Wrobel Markham LLP, is a commercial litigator representing entities and individuals in all manner of business disputes, primarily in the Commercial Division of the New York State Supreme Court and New York Appellate Courts. In addition to serving as a co-President of JALBCA, Ms. Kaye is a longstanding and active member of the Committee on Courts of Superior Jurisdiction of the New York City Bar Association, a co-Chair of the Litigation Committee at the New York Women’s Bar Association and sits on the Legal Advisory Council of Sanctuary for Families. Ms. Kaye is a native New Yorker and comes from a long line of lawyers: she is the proud daughter of the late Judith S. Kaye, former Chief Judge of the New York State Court of Appeals and one of JALBCA’s founders, and the late Proskauer Rose partner Stephen R. Kaye, Esq. She enjoys challenges of all kinds, whether it’s solving the Times crossword puzzle, running a marathon, sweating through a Bikram yoga class or rooting for her beloved New York Rangers. She lives in New York City with her three children.
