CANCER SCREENINGS COVERED ASÂ PART OF AFFORDABLE CARE ACT:
With a few exceptions, health-care policies that took effect after September 23, 2010 will be required to cover women’s preventive health care — such as mammograms, screenings for cervical cancer, Breast Cancer Genetic Test Counseling and Chemoprevention counseling — with no co-pay.
